Hi again from the DC Games
Posted on April 29th, 2008 at 10:03 am by Blog Girl
I’m still watching all the action, but I just had to let you know what I just saw - Frankie Jonas and Demi Lovato’s little sister, Madison, running around on the sidelines together and playing with a jump rope. SO CUTE!
Here are a couple more tidbits for ya:
- Team nicknames are: Red - Inferno, Blue - Lightning, Green - Cyclone, Yellow - Comets
- Cody Linley and Meaghan Martin (from Camp Rock) are online hosts
- Team captains are: Red - Brenda Song, Blue - Kiely Williams, Green - David Henrie, Yellow - Kevin Jonas
- Team assignments for some people you love are: Red - Nick Jonas, Mitchel Musso, Blue - Demi Lovato, Green - Joe Jonas, Jason Dolley, Yellow - Selena Gomez
- Cody Linley told me he just recorded an audio version of the Bible. He’s the voice of Jesus. Corbin Bleu, Emily Osment, Annasophia Robb, Alyson Stoner and Jesse McCartney are also in it.
- Cody also said he and Jesse are the Hardy Boys for a new video game!
OK, I’m headed back to watch the action now, but stay tuned for more news, pix and more!

Big Suite Life news!
Posted on February 13th, 2008 at 4:43 pm by Blog Girl

OK, so remember how The Suite Life of Zack & Cody is ending soon? The cast filmed the last episode and said their sad goodbyes.
HOWEVER, the show is coming back! Sort of. A whole new series called The Suite Life on Deck is a spin-off of the Disney Channel fave.
Dylan & Cole Sprouse will be back as Zack & Cody, as will Brenda Song (London Tipton) and Phill Lewis (Mr. Moseby). On the show, Zack, Cody and London go off on a semester-at-sea program on a ship (which is owned by London’s dad), and Mr. Moseby has to come along as their guardian. It looks like Ashley Tisdale will be too busy making movies to star in the show, but I hope she finds the time to make a few guest appearances!
The show is casting right now, so I don’t have a start date for you, but I’ll keep you updated.
Cool news, huh?!

Chatting with Ashley T.
Posted on August 13th, 2007 at 3:17 pm by Blog Girl
I chatted with Ashley Tisdale over the phone on Friday. She was rushing around, really busy because of High School Musical 2, but we had a few minutes to catch up. You’ll see more of the interview in future issues of BOP and Tiger Beat, but I had to pass along this part of our convo.
Ashley told me that she just finished shooting the very last episode of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Yep, that’s right, the show won’t be filming any more new episodes. You’ll still be seeing new episodes for a while, because they have filmed so many, but the cast is finished shooting. How did Ashley feel about the last episode?
“I cried,” Ashley told me. “Brenda and I cried when we did our last day together - our last ever scene was together in London’s suite with Phill Lewis (who plays Mr. Moseby). First, we cried when the lobby set went down a week before. It was the one stage that was always there. It was hard to see it go. Then a week later, when we did our last scene together, it was sad and we cried. The next day was the curtain call - the end of the whole thing - and we cried there, too. So I cried, like, three times!”
A totally “Suite” afternoon

Are you guys psyched for new episodes of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody? Well, I was pretty excited myself, but after yesterday, I don’t know how I’m going to wait two whole days for the season premiere! Yesterday was amazing because I got to hang out on the set of The Suite Life and watch them rehearse for an upcoming episode!
When I pulled up to the set I heard someone calling my name. It was Jason Dolley and his super-sweet mom, Michelle! I didn’t know it, but Cory in the House is taped on the same lot, and as I was arriving, they were heading out for the day. So cool! Anyway, I walked in and couldn’t believe I was actually standing in Zack and Cody’s suite! Rehearsals began and Ashley Tisdale, Brenda Song, Dylan and Cole Sprouse are so, so funny. It was so cool to watch them interact behind the scenes. In interviews, they always talk about how they’re superclose (like brothers and sisters) in real life. Well guess what – they totally are!
What’s especially cool is that in the upcoming episode, both Maddie AND London are competing for the part of Sharpay in their school production of High School Musical! So is Maddie too nice to play the part? And can Brenda carry a tune? You’ll find out in what’s bound to be one of the funniest, craziest episodes of The Suite Life!
When rehearsals were over, I hung out in Ashley’s dressing room for a little bit. I was sitting on her couch when I noticed a framed picture of two adorable little girls. When I looked closer, I realized it was Ashley and Raven – yes, that Raven – from a modeling job they’d done as little kids! How cool is that? While we were gabbing about High School Musical 2 and The Suite Life, her cell phone rang. In case you were wondering, her current ring tone is “Five Minutes to Midnight” by Boys Like Girls.
After leaving the set, Assistant Editor Colleen and I met up with another High School Musical star, KayCee Stroh aka hip-hop braniac Martha Cox. She is so excited for you guys to see the sequel and she also told me that she recently shot another episode of The Suite Life! I asked her about her summer plans and she said she’s superpsyched to check out pal Corbin Bleu’s tour! Whew, what a day! I got home just in time for So You Think You Can Dance. Have you guys been watching?

Xoxo

Hi from Florida!
Posted on April 25th, 2007 at 9:08 am by Blog Girl
Hey, it is so HOT in Florida right now, whoa!
But it was even hotter today because I saw the preview for High School Musical 2! You guys, it looks soooo good. There was tons of dancing and singing, and a song about the last day of school. Totally fun. Plus, Zac looks way hot, and his hair is lighter than it has been for his role in Hairspray. I know a lot of you guys prefer his hair lighter, so there you go!
Today I’ll be hanging out with the Cheetah Girls and Brenda Song, and I’ve spent time already with Monique Coleman, Lucas, and Ashley Tisdale’s mom told us a secret that I’ll tell you later. Keep checking in with me all day, every day this week, because I’ll be bringing you more news and hot video from the event.
OMG, Best Night EVER!

Hey everyone!
Blog Girl here.
Last night, we were invited to catch a sneak preview of the High School Musical concert tour! Let me just say that if you have tickets, you are so, so lucky. It was amazing to see them recreate scenes from the movie on a such a grand scale and we can’t wait to see the show again in a packed stadium!
Drew Seeley, whose vocals you heard on both the High School Musical and Cheetah Girls 2 soundtracks, did a great job standing in for Zac (who’s busy filming Hairspray in Canada). Lucas was so much fun as the show’s emcee and Vanessa, Corbin and Ashley even previewed songs from their upcoming solo albums! It was such a fun night and after the show, we got to kick it with everyone. And what’s really cool is that even when the cameras stop rolling, the whole cast is totally tight. Guess who else we spotted there? Brenda Song, who was there to support her Suite Life co-star!
Tonight we’re hitting up the American Music Awards, where we’ll get to catch up with the Black Eyed Peas, Kelly Clarkson and Aly & AJ! Pictures from our sleepover with Vanessa (which rocked!) and the HSM tour preview will be up as soon as possible. We’re having some “technical difficulties” with our digital camera
Thanks so much for reading and for posting comments on here. We love hearing from you guys!
Tiger Beat and BOP to the top!
