You will never guess where I was all weekend! I got to hang out with the entire cast of High School Musical 3: Senior Year on the set in Salt Lake City, Utah! I still can’t believe it! Everyone was so nice and down-to-earth and they all were super-excited to talk to me about the movie. I even got a private tour of the set which is filmed at a real high school. (The cafeteria is so cool and looks just like it does in the first movie!) Keep reading this story…
I’m still watching all the action, but I just had to let you know what I just saw - Frankie Jonas and Demi Lovato’s little sister, Madison, running around on the sidelines together and playing with a jump rope. SO CUTE!
Here are a couple more tidbits for ya:
- Team nicknames are: Red - Inferno, Blue - Lightning, Green - Cyclone, Yellow - Comets
- Cody Linley and Meaghan Martin (from Camp Rock) are online hosts

- Cody Linley told me he just recorded an audio version of the Bible. He’s the voice of Jesus. Corbin Bleu, Emily Osment, Annasophia Robb, Alyson Stoner and Jesse McCartney are also in it.
- Cody also said he and Jesse are the Hardy Boys for a new video game!

Auditions for dancers and extras to appear in HSM 3 are taking place next week, starting March 10th in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dancers must be formally trained, be at least 14 years old, and look like a high-schooler. The film has been given a name (though things often change the last minute in Hollywood) - High School Musical 3: Senior Year - and will find Troy (Zac), Gabriella (Vanessa Hudgens), and their friends facing their final year as East High Wildcats.

Guess what, readers? Disney finally confirmed that the East High gang’s all back for High School Musical 3! The movie (that WILL be shown in theaters instead of TV) finds Troy (Zac Efron) and Gabriella (Vanessa Hudgens) wondering what will happen to their relationship after high school graduation. Will they stay together or say goodbye? I’m biting my nails until I find out, how about you??? Here’s a small movie detail I also found out: the students will put together another musical that expresses their feelings, hopes, and fears about what the future holds after they graduate.
