Actor Lucas Till called me this week from the Nashville set of the upcoming Hannah Montana movie. Lucas plays Miley’s childhood friend (and potential crush) Travis Brody in the film. He’s originally from Marietta, Georgia, but currently on set with the rest of the Hannah cast. “They’ve all been so welcoming,” Lucas tells me. “I met Miley during my screen test and she’s so nice and down-to-earth.”

What’s up Daily Dish gals! Here are some important Disney Channel dates to remember this summer:

JUNE 20 - The JONAS BROTHERS will premiere their brand new music video for “Burnin’ Up” around 9:55 p.m., immediately following the premiere of Camp Rock. Look out for special guest star (and Jonas friend) SELENA GOMEZ in the video!

JULY 22 - Miley Cyrus is releasing her new album Breakout, featuring the songs “7 Things” and “Fly on the Wall.”

JULY 26 - Disney Channel is going to air Hannah Montana/Meet Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert in 3-D at 8 p.m.

JULY 27 - The Disney Channel Games start airing at 8 p.m. The competitions were filmed in Orlando, Florida last April and features stars like the JoBros, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, cast of Camp Rock, Mitchel Musso, Jason Dolley and many more!

The Hannah Montana Movie wants YOU! Your dream of acting alongside Miley Cyrus and the rest of the Hannah cast could become a reality. Well, that is if you live in or around Nashville, Tennessee where the film is set to start shooting May 6.

What’s up Daily Dish readers! I have exciting news for all you KeKe Palmer fans. The singer and actress will guest star in an episode of Just Jordan. She plays a teen star who Lil JJ meets (and gets a crush on?). It premieres Saturday, November 3rd at 8:30 p.m. on Nickelodeon.

Speaking of KeKe, check out this awesome video I took of her and Noah Cyrus (Miley’s little sis) at Variety’s Power of Youth Event (Presented by Tiger Electronics to Benefit St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital) earlier this month. They’re singing “This Is The Life” by Hannah Montana. Sooo cute!

OMJ, you guys. I just came back from Tribune Studios right here in Hollywood to watch a rehearsal of Hannah Montana’s season 2 finale! Guess who was there? None other than the super adorable Corbin Bleu! The talented singer and actor is coming back to the show as Johnny (you may remember him from the very first episode of Hannah). The main scene I watched them rehearse today was so hilarious. I can’t tell you much, but you have to watch out for an unforgettable “date” with Corbin as Johnny and Miley as Hannah in this episode.
