We are so psyched for the weekend! Know why? ‘Cause we are doing a photo shoot with the Jonas Brothers!! Woo hoo! We’re going to spend a whole day with them, and boy will it be fun. We can’t wait to show you guys the pix in upcoming issues of BOP and Tiger Beat.

Speaking of Jonas… We chatted with Nick Jonas this week. He just announced he has Diabetes, and he told us all about it. Check out the June issue of TB for his story, in his own words.

Here’s a snippet of what he had to say about it…

“Most of the kids who find that they have diabetes go immediately into shock and are devastated. For me, it was the complete opposite. I looked at it that way for about five minutes, and then I was like, ‘This is an opportunity.’ I knew that I wanted to make an impact somehow, and this is just another step I can take and I hope that kids can see the positive influence that they can have on other kids as a result of this, even if it’s not Diabetes. Even it’s a small illness that you have for a day – I mean, Kevin learned how to play guitar because he was home sick from school for a day, so he took that and made an opportunity from it. This is an opportunity for me to be a better person, especially when you have those high blood sugars and your attitude is out of control – you have pull yourself together and learn self-control and keep it cool. And I learn that every day.”
