Phew! Last night was a blast covering the 17 Again premiere! Everyone was there and I got to say hi to so many people! The JONAS BROTHERS, VANESSA HUDGENS, STERLING KNIGHT, TIFFANY THORNTON, MITCHEL MUSSO, AMANDA BYNES, KEKE PALMER and a ton of other celebs were there to celebrate the release of ZAC EFRON’S new movie!

Zac looked so good in his tux and he couldn’t stop smiling as he posed for pictures and answered questions. I think he was extra excited because his HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL costars CORBIN BLEU, OLESYA RULIN and MONIQUE COLEMAN were all there to support their friend’s big night. The Jonas Brothers even came out to support their Disney buddy! How sweet is that? Oh yeah, and I blushed soooo hard when Zac came up to talk to me! He is even better looking in person. I hadn’t seen him in a while since he’s been so busy and he looked good!

Then, I got to go to the 17 Again after party! It was so cool. It was at Lucky Strike bowling alley in Hollywood. Zac and Vanessa plunked themselves on a lane and hung out all night as people came up to congratulate Zac. V seemed really proud of him. Aly and AJ looked gorgeous. They were walking around the party all night and meeting new stars — like Leslie Mann. They also hung out with Corbin Bleu and Monique Coleman. I bumped into Amanda Bynes, who is really tall! KeKe Palmer was there. Oh, and Sterling Knight was there with his friend. Sterling was just playing it pretty low-key, just hanging out and watching everyone. They served yummy food — hamburgers, french fries, onion rings and a do-it-yourself sundae bar! I had so much fun.

Zac Efron appeared on David Letterman’s show last night and talked about how PUMPED he is for his new movie 17 Again to come out! He also told a story about something that happened when he was in Italy and surprised a group of 20 or so girls. “The girls bum-rushed me,” Zac laughed, “It got a little bit crazy…they were a little bit rough and the Italians just reveled in it - they sat back and just loved it. They were laughing so hard, and I was trying not to call for help.” Listen to Zac tell the story himself right here! It’s pretty funny…

Happy Monday readers! BOP & Tiger Beat had an awesome time covering the orange carpet at the 2009 Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards last Saturday. All of your faves were there - the Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Taylor Lautner, Miranda Cosgrove, Zac Efron and lots more!

The fans’ cheers got so loud once the Jonas Brothers stepped on to the carpet. They made a quick walk from one end to the Nickelodeon pre-show stage. We first spotted Joe, wearing a pair of red sunglasses, which he took off once they started posing for photos.

It was so much fun talking to the JoBros who all rocked very casual and cool outfits for the warm afternoon. Joe even showed off a new hairstyle! “I got it cut this morning,” he spills. The guys were super relaxed even though everyone was trying to get their attention, screaming their names and cheering for them. We had the JoBros laughing when we asked them to spill who could make the loudest burp (we were keeping in theme with the Kids Choice burp award). “It’s a toss up between Joe and I,” Kevin says. “But I’m the best one!” Nick was smiling the whole time, looking so cute in his button up shirt and rolled-up beige jacket.

Little bro Frankie Jonas came over to chat with us, too. He told us he started a band with a friend of his and he’s the drummer. So cute! They haven’t come up with a name yet, so he’s asking YOU to give him ideas for a band name. We got it all on video, so stay tuned to BOPtv for that! We also dished with Race to Witch Mountain cutie Alexander Ludwig, who showed us how he stays comfortable during the award show’s arrivals. “I’m wearing a pair of sandals,” he laughs. Hey, it totally worked with his outfit!

The celeb girls definitely brought out some cool fashion to the orange carpet. Demi Lovato glowed in a metallic gold and silver dress that totally matched her California tan! She told us she prefers the spray-on tanning rather than going to a tanning salon. There was also a fun moment when Demi greeted Brenda Song, who just celebrated her birthday, on the carpet. Brenda was so surprised Demi knew, but she confessed someone had told her earlier about B’s birthday. It was a totally sweet moment that we also got on video! Miley Cyrus, in a fun white fringe dress, and Ashley Tisdale, who looked great in her reddish-toned hair, totally glammed out the carpet.
We made our way inside UCLA Pauley Pavilion when the KCA started. The fans’ screams inside the arena gave us goose bumps as host Dwayne Johnson introduced celeb presenters and winners. The Jonas Brothers were right in the front row, very close to the slime-filled stage. They definitely got their share of slime at the show’s finale, where the entire stage was covered with green goo! The guys were having the time of their lives up there!

The KCA After-Party was totally fun! It was held inside a massive tent behind the awards venue and was decorated with slime machines and light orbs hanging from the ceiling. There was plenty of yummy food from burgers to an ice cream sundae bar and celebs like Lil JJ played music for the crowd.

We chatted with Jennifer Stone, looking lovely in a feathery pink dress, and Savannah Outen dancing and having a great time. True Jackson, VP star Ashley Argota also hung out with us while fans came up to ask for an autograph. You guys, stay tuned for the videos - we’ll be posting them soon!
