Hey guys,
You will never guess where I was all weekend! I got to hang out with the entire cast of High School Musical 3: Senior Year on the set in Salt Lake City, Utah! I still can’t believe it! Everyone was so nice and down-to-earth and they all were super-excited to talk to me about the movie. I even got a private tour of the set which is filmed at a real high school. (The cafeteria is so cool and looks just like it does in the first movie!)
I met the newbies first. Gemma McKenzie-Brown, Matt Prokop and Justin Martin play sophomores at East High and all three are so excited to be a part of the movie. Gemma’s character, Tiara, is a transfer student from London who becomes Sharpay’s personal assistant and the two boys become good friends with Troy [Zac Efron] and Chad [Corbin Bleu]. Gemma says she was nervous at first about working with the cast since they are all so close, but says she didn’t have to worry because they all have been so nice and supportive. “Ashley [Tisdale] gives me advice all the time!” she admits.
I don’t want to give too much of the movie away, but I did get to watch them film an awesome dance sequence. Monique Coleman told me the dance numbers are more elaborate and complicated than the first two flicks. “I get massages at my hotel as much as possible,” she spilled, adding that on some days they are dancing for up to 14 hours straight! Crazy, huh? Oh yeah, KayCee Stroh totally lit up when she started talking about her real life engagement and said the entire cast threw her a surprise party to celebrate. “It was so sweet,” she gushed. She also revealed that her character Martha has a lot more screen time this time around! You go, girl!
Corbin Bleu says the cast has gotten even closer with the third movie because they all know they are closing a chapter of their lives. “There has definitely been a lot of tears already,” he says with a smile. So who tears up the most? “Monique!” he laughs.
OMG! I almost forgot — I actually ran into Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens on Friday night. I was grabbing some sushi with friends at a restaurant called Takashi when they walked in! They sat at the counter and were so nice to everyone in the restaurant and it was obvious they are totally in love with each other. Zac told me he loves filming in Utah because not only is it beautiful, but he can go out to dinner without worrying about his picture being taken. “This is closest I’ve gotten to a vacation,” he admits. He says the sushi joint has a special place in their heart because they met the owner while they were filming the first HSM and have become friends with everyone there. How sweet is that?

AWW…. I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE HSM 3!!!! I LOVE THE WHOLE ORIGINAL CAST THOUGH BUT I’M SURE THE OTHERS WILL BE A GREAT ADDITION TO THE MOVIE!!!! GO WILDCATS!!!

I can’t wait for this High School Musical 3! I think it’s so cool that it is coming out in theaters! I hope that Camp Rock will become as popular as HSM! To tell you the truth though if Camp Rock does become more popular than HSM I don”t think CP should have an ice tour,or a reality show,or a movie in theaters. Those are HSM things! And only HSM things! It would be cool for those to happen to Camp Rock,but I wouldn’t want CP to be exactly like HSM. If they are going to make Camp Rock popular then they should come up with different ideas! Well,anyways watch HSM3 ,watch Camp Rock,just don’t watch the Hannah Montana Movie!

Nowreally can’t wait for HSM3 that is so awesome you got to go on the set of HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL3:senoir year! also it so sad that it the final flick
because i remember like it was just yesterday that high school muscial1 premiered and then a couple years later high school muscial2 permiere. they have such amazing cast and iam deffently go to see high school musical3:senoir year!, it was so sad what corbin said that everyone is areadly crying it must be very emotional for them to say goodbye when it cames to their last day of shooting but they are prombley trying not to think about that right now because theyare just trying to make the best of it why they can and i thnk that all of the cast member will stay best firends forever

I cannot wait to see this movie!!!!!!!! This is driving me insane…………………!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It could have been out sooner, but the writer strike was going on. You know that really made me mad, but you can’t do anything about it! I don’t think Camp Rock will be as popular as HSM!! Just because the Jonas Brothers are in it, doesn’t mean it will be any good. It might be really bad. The Jonas Brothers might be the best part of the movie. I am also really excited about the Hannah Montana movie and the HSM reality series. They will be FLIPPEN awesome!!
I’m glad that ZANESSA is still together. They are such an adorable couple!! GO ZANESSA!!!!!!! WOOOO HOOOOOO BABY!!!

i agree with sarah u gota make hsm4 man and so on it would be so hard core or they should make a tv show 4 hsm to keep it going or something corbin roks zac rocks lucas rocks ashley rocks v roks monique roks evry one rocks. hsm come to canada 4 one more tour after the movie luv yall.=)
